About Us
Elevation Accounting Group is a consulting-led financial advisory firm. We work with established businesses that need more than accurate books — they need a finance function that actually supports how they operate and where they are going.
Our Story
Most accounting firms are built around compliance — keeping the books accurate, filing on time, staying out of trouble. That work matters. But it is not what growing businesses actually need most.
We started Elevation Accounting Group because we kept seeing the same problem: businesses with real momentum, real complexity, and real financial decisions to make — but no financial infrastructure to support them. Their books were maintained, but their finance function was not working.
So we built a practice around the question that actually matters: not "are the books accurate?" but "is the finance function helping this business grow?" That question leads to different work — strategy, systems, process design, and advisory — with accurate books as the foundation, not the finish line.
"Accurate books are the floor, not the ceiling. The real work is building a finance function that helps leadership make better decisions."

Who We Work With
What We Stand For
These are not aspirational statements. They are the principles that govern how we work with every client, every month.
We do not walk in with a pre-built answer. Every recommendation is grounded in what we learned about your specific business — not a template applied to every client.
We tell clients what we actually see in their financials. That means surfacing uncomfortable truths when they exist. You cannot fix what you are not willing to look at.
We build repeatable, documented processes — not workarounds that depend on one person knowing the right thing to do. Good financial operations run predictably.
The longer we work together, the more context we carry and the more valuable the relationship becomes. We are not a vendor you call when something breaks.
Why We're Different
Most accounting firms started with compliance and data entry, then layered on "advisory" as a marketing term. We built this practice the other way around — starting with strategy and systems, and supporting it with accurate financial operations.
There is no handoff to a team of associates after the sales call. The people who assess your business are the same people who build your systems and advise you month to month.
We have no referral relationships or financial incentives tied to any software platform. When we recommend a tool, it is because it fits your business — not because it pays us a commission.
You will know exactly what we are doing, why we are doing it, and what it costs before we start. If scope changes, we discuss it — we do not just bill for it.
The discovery call is a no-commitment conversation. We will learn about your business, identify the highest-leverage financial opportunities, and be honest about whether we are the right team for the work.
